2. Processing & Crafting Time

Quality takes time, but we work efficiently to get your leather goods to you.

• Standard Orders: Dispatched within 3-10 business days.

• Customized/Monogrammed Orders: Please allow an additional 2 business days for our artisans to personalize your piece.

• Peak Seasons: During holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

• Within Canada: Shipped via Canada Post/Any reliable carriers(Tracked).

• Canada : 3–10 business days after dispatch.

• Note: Remote locations and customs processing may occasionally extend these windows.

6. Delivery Concerns & Address Changes

• Address Accuracy: If you spot an error in your shipping address, please notify us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the item has been dispatched.

• Issues in Transit: In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us promptly. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue for you.
